Anns an t-seisean seo\, thèid sinn gu làrach ionadail airson spòrs mòr agus sinn a’ leum\, sgràmlachadh agus a’ plubadaich ann an abhainn. Feuchaidh sinn rudan ùra\, obraichidh sinn mar sgioba agus cuiridh sinn dùbhlan is dibhearsain romhainn fhèin – uile tro mheadhan na Gàidhlig! \nCò dha? ‘S ann dha clann eadar P5-7 a tha fileanta sa Ghàidhlig a bhios an seisean seo. \nCàite? Coinnichidh sinn aig Oifis Comunn na Gàidhlig ann an Inbhir Nis agus thèid sinn gu làrach ionadail iomchaidh ann am bus Spòrs Gàidhlig\, a-rèir na h-aimsir air an latha agus feumlachdan na buidhne. \n\nCuin? Diluain 15mh Sultain 2025. In this sessions we will go for an exciting journey with plenty of jumping\, scrambling and splashing about in an amazing Highland river. We will try new things\, work as a team and challenge ourselves – all entirely through the medium of Gaelic! \nWho for? This session is for young people in P5-7  who are fluent in Gaelic. No previous gorge scrambling experience is required. \nWhere? We will meet at the Comunn na Gàidhlig Office in Inverness and drive to a suitable local venue in Spòrs Gàidhlig’s minibus. The exact venue will depend on the weather and the group’s needs. \nWhen? We will meet at 10:00 and be back at 16:00. \nWhat will I need to bring? \n\nSwimsuit/swimshorts – please arrive with this under your clothes already!\nShoes that will be worn in the water. Old trainers\, etc. (Soft wetsuit shoes and Crocs are not suitable for gorge scrambling)\nA packed lunch\nA bottle of water (at least 1 litre)\nAny medication required by participants\nDry clothing and shoes for afterwards\nA towel\nIf participants have their own wetsuit\, they are welcome to bring that with them.\nSun cream\n\nSpòrs Gàidhlig will provide all technical equipment such as helmets\, wetsuits\, etc. \nIn the case of unsuitable weather\, Spòrs Gàidhlig reserve the right to offer an alternative activity such as rock-climbing and abseiling\, coastal walking and scrambling or to cancel the activity altogether.
