Anns an t-seisean seo\, thèid sinn air sgrìob air na bùird-seasaimh againn mun-cuairt air na cladaichean àlainn ann an Leòdhas. Ionnsaichidh sinn sgilean\, chì sinn seallaidhean àlainn agus bidh plòigh gu leòr againn cuideachd – uile tro mheadhan na Gàidhlig! \nCò dha? ‘S ann dha clann ann am P7-S3 a tha fileanta sa Ghàidhlig a bhios an seisean seo. \nCàite? Coinnichidh sinn aig pàirc càraichean Mol a Deas ann an Steòrnabhagh agus thèid sinn gu làrach ionadail iomchaidh ann am bus Spòrs Gàidhlig\, a-rèir na h-aimsir air an latha agus feumlachdan na buidhne. \n\nCuin? Diluain 14mh Iuchair 2025. Coinnichidh sinn aig 09:30 agus bidh sinn air ais aig 16:30. \n\nDè bhios a dhìth orm? \n\nDeise-snàmh/briogais snàmh (nochd le seo fo ur n-aodach!)\nBrògan a thèid dhan uisge. Seann trèinearan\, bòtannan uisge\, msaa.\nBiadh airson lòn\nBotal-uisge (co-dhiù 1 litre)\nCungaidhean leigheis sam bith a-rèir ur feumalchdan\nAodach agus brògan tioram airson às dèidh làimh\nSearbhadair\nMa tha deise-fliuch aig com-pàirtichean iad fhèin\, faodaidh iad sin a thoirt leotha ma ’s e siud a b’fheàrr leotha.\nCé-ghrèine\n\nBheir Spòrs Gàidhlig seachad bòrd-seasaimh\, ràmh\, deise-fhliuch agus an uidheamachd theicnigeach eile gu lèir. \nMas e ’s nach bi an aimsir iomchaidh air an latha\, tha Spòrs Gàidhlig a’ glèidheil an còir an cur-seachad atharrachadh gu rud a leithid sreap\, coiseachd is sgràmlachadh\, no an tachartas a chur dheth uile gu lèir. \n \nBeurla: \nGet out on the water with Spòrs Gàidhlig! In this sessions we will go for an exciting journey on our paddleboards on the sea or a freshwater loch. We will learn new skills\, enjoy amazing views and have lots of fun – all entirely through the medium of Gaelic! \nWho for? This session is for young people in P7-S3 who are fluent in Gaelic. No previous paddleboarding experience is required. \nWhere? We will meet at the South Beach Car Park in Stornaway and drive to a suitable local venue in Spòrs Gàidhlig’s minibus. The exact venue will depend on the weather and the group’s needs. \nWhen? We will meet at 09:30 and be back at 16:30. \nWhat will I need to bring?  \n\nSwimsuit/swimshorts – please arrive with this under your clothes already!\nShoes that will be worn in the water. Old trainers\, wetsuit boots\, etc.\nA packed lunch\nA bottle of water (at least 1 litre)\nAny medication required by participants\nDry clothing and shoes for afterwards\nA towel\nIf participants have their own wetsuit\, they are welcome to bring that with them but Spòrs Gàidhlig’s instructors will check that it is suitable.\nSun cream\n\nSpòrs Gàidhlig will provide all technical equipment such as paddleboards\, paddles\, wetsuits\, etc. \nIn the case of unsuitable weather or sea conditions\, Spòrs Gàidhlig reserve the right to offer an alternative activity in Gaelic such as rock-climbing and abseiling\, coastal walking and scrambling or to cancel the session altogether. \n\nThis event is being jointly organised by Spòrs Gàidhlig and Comunn na Gàidhlig\, with generous support from Lewis Wind Power. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdd to calendar

The exact venue will depend on the weather and the group’s needs. \nWhen? We will meet at 09:00 and be back at 19:30. \nWhat will I need to bring?  \n\nSwimsuit/swimshorts – please arrive with this under your clothes already!\nShoes that will be worn in the water.
