CNNO | Claiseachd le Spòrs Gàidhlig | Gorge Scrambling Adventure

An Giblean 10 @ 10:00 - 16:00
£5.00

Trobhadaibh a-mach air sgrìob anabarrach ann an clais còmhla ri Spòrs Gàidhlig anns na Hearadh! Anns an t-seisean seo, thèid sinn gu làrach ionadail airson spòrs mòr agus sinn ri leum, sgràmlachadh agus plubadaich ann an abhainn. Feuchaidh sinn rudan ùra, obraichidh sinn mar sgioba agus cuiridh sinn dùbhlan is dibhearsain romhainn fhèin – uile tro mheadhan na Gàidhlig!

Cò dha? Fosgailte dha oileanaich aig CNNO. Chan fheum sibh eòlas sam bith air claiseachd ro làimh.

Càite? Coinnichidh sinn aig Colaiste OGE ann an Steòrnabhagh agus thèid sinn gu làrach ionadail iomchaidh ann am bus Spòrs Gàidhlig, a-rèir na h-aimsir air an latha agus feumalachdan na buidhne.

Cuin? Dihaoine 10mh Giblean. Coinnichidh sinn aig 11:30 agus bidh sinn air ais aig 17:30.

Dè bhios a dhìth orm?

  • Deise-snàmh/briogais snàmh (nochd le seo fo ur n-aodach!)
  • Brògan a thèid dhan uisge. Seann trèinearan, brògan coiseachd, msaa. (Chan eil ‘brògan uisge’ no Crocs iomchaidh)
  • Biadh airson lòn
  • Botal-uisge (co-dhiù 1 litre)
  • Cuingidhean leigheis sam bith a-rèir ur feumalchdan
  • Aodach agus brògan tioram airson às dèidh làimh
  • Searbhadair
  • Ma tha deise-fliuch aig com-pàirtichean iad fhèin, faodaidh iad sin a thoirt leotha ma ’s e siud a b’fheàrr leotha.
  • Cè-ghrèine

Bheir Spòrs Gàidhlig seachad deise-fhliuch, clogaid agus an uidheamachd theicnigeach eile gu lèir.

Mas e ’s nach bi an aimsir iomchaidh air an latha, tha Spòrs Gàidhlig a’ glèidheil an còir an cur-seachad atharrachadh gu rud a leithid sreap, bòrd-seasaimh, coiseachd is sgràmlachadh, no an tachartas a chur dheth uile gu lèir.

Tha Spòrs Gàidhlig a’ glèidheil an còir air àite a dhiùltadh dha neach sam bith a tha iad am beachd nach eil aig ìre slàinte no fallainneachd pàirt a ghabhail sa chur-seachad gu sàbhailte.
